Our church's grand piano was suffering from the inevitable signs of aging. The hammers were worn, the tone was harsh in the treble, and mushy in the bass. Mark replaced the hammers and corrected the problems with the action. It is like a new piano. The action is fluid and responsive; the tone has so improved that it's hard to believe it's the same instrument.
